Berlice Lightbourne-Pintard is an Attorney-at-Law, Notary Public and the Legal Counsel for Hutchison Ports FCP and Hutchison Ports FHC, a subsidiary of the global port operator, Hutchison Ports.

She is an experienced attorney who has served as the In-House Legal Counsel for both business units over the past 15 years.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, Pintard is a trusted advisor on a wide spectrum of legal matters including employment, commercial and maritime law. In this role, she also handles legal disputes, and negotiates contracts and agreements. Pintard serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors and is responsible for ensuring corporate compliance and risk management.

Having obtained both an MBA and LLM in Maritime Law, Pintard has acquired the expertise that enables her to navigate the complexities of a myriad of legal issues. Pintard’s business acumen has made her a valuable and strategic team member with extensive experience in negotiating major commercial transactions which increase the revenue generating capacity of the businesses.
