She is a seasoned negotiator in Labour Relations and an experienced Human Resources professional whose career with Hutchison Ports in The Bahamas spans 26 years. She holds an MBA, LLM and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Capron’s role as the Chief People Officer involves overseeing the human resources function for the company’s operations in The Bahamas. This includes oversight of recruitment, training and development, compensation, and benefits, as well as employee relations initiatives.
Capron works closely with the company’s Senior Management to ensure that the wider team is aligned with its strategic goals and that the company is attracting and retaining top talent. She also plays a critical role in ensuring that the company’s culture and values are reflected in its people practices and that the company is providing a positive and supportive work environment for its employees.
