Chester Cooper, Deputy Prime Minister of The Bahamas and Minister of Tourism, Investments & Aviation at the Grand Bahama Business Outlook.  During the event, the Deputy Prime Minister gave a fascinating address about the government’s ambitious plans for the redevelopment of the Grand Bahama Airport.
