Jason Pinder is the Port Director at Hutchison Ports FCP. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the overall management of the company, including its strategic direction, business operations, and growth initiatives.
Throughout his nearly 20-year career with Hutchison Ports FCP, Pinder has held various leadership positions in Safety, Security & Operations, contributing significantly to his extensive knowledge in the shipping and logistics industry.
Pinder notably championed the creation of process excellence and data analytics in Terminal Operations at FCP, driving the use of data to guide decision-making to achieve increased efficiency and cost savings. He also managed project teams for Hutchison Ports in The Bahamas to obtain ISO certifications in Safety, Environment & Quality, making Hutchison Ports FCP and Hutchison Ports FHC the first business units in the division to obtain all three certifications.
Pinder holds a Master of Business Administration and is a Graduate of HPH Group Leadership Development Program, Richard Ivey School of Business (Hong Kong). He is also an OSHA Maritime Safety Instructor, ISO Management & Systems Auditor, and a certified Black Belt of Six Sigma.
