Team FCP recently facilitated an upgrade to our TOS system meticulously planned by the I.T. team, who spearheaded the project in conjunction with Team Operations, the upgrade was seamlessly executed in 11 hours, ensuring minimal system downtime. 

Notably, the TOS upgrade encompassed IOT integration at FCP, including the configuration of tablets, handheld devices and vehicle mounted terminals (VMT). 

The updated environment also incorporates a position detection system (PDS) and other enhanced features such as prime route and expert decking. 

The upgrade supports FCP’s transition to a paperless terminal and increased efficiency as well as mobility of Operations personnel. Further, automated reporting capability and enhanced productivity result in direct benefits for our customers.
